NON-EU RESIDENTS CAN APPLY FOR A VAT REFUND ON GOODS
Thanks to Tax-Free Shopping services, available in 37 Countries all over the world, all the customers residing in Non-Eu Countries, can apply for a VAT refund on goods specified by current law. In this way you can save even more money!
SHOP
Buy goods for a minimum value of 154.94€ in a shop and ask for the VAT refund form. Fill in all the fields and don’t forget your passport, from the 1st September 2018 will be mandatory
STAMP
When you leave the Country or the European Union, show your purchases, the receipts and your passport to the Customs Officers, who will approve your form*
*if your forms are marked with the O.T.E.L.L.O. logo, you can go directly to the tax free providers to redeem your refund, and skip the customs process
CLAIM
By showing the validated forms and your passport at a Refund Office at the airport or at dedicated money exchange points, you can easily receive the immediate refund by cash or on your credit card
